10、一些工业园根本不去研究客户的投资心理、投资利益、吸引投资者欲望的兴奋点在哪里,千篇一律地强调区位优势、交通方便、税收优惠、资源丰富、手续简化、劳力便宜等,结果往往事与愿违。
